What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the line. Spices & rice start at 5–20 MT (typically 1×20' container). Cashews start at 2 MT. Furniture typically starts at 1×20' container (mixed SKUs allowed). Air-freighted samples have no minimum — we can ship 100 g to 500 g of any agri product free.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — up to 500 g of any agricultural product is free for serious buyers, shipped via DHL/FedEx within 48 hours of approval. For furniture we send finish swatches and material samples free; full-piece samples are charged at cost and credited against your first order. We only ask you to cover courier on the first sample for new buyers below 500 USD trade history.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB (any Indian port), CIF (any destination port), CFR, and DDP for select GCC/EU lanes. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates end-to-end.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% advance + 70% against scanned BL is standard for repeat buyers. First-order new buyers: 100% irrevocable LC at sight, or 50/50 T/T. We accept USD, EUR and AED into our authorised dealer account in India.
How do you ensure quality before shipment?
Every batch is sortex-cleaned and lab-tested at origin (curcumin, ASTA colour, aflatoxin, pesticide MRL, moisture). We share batch reports + loading photos/videos before BL release, and accept third-party SGS/Intertek/Bureau Veritas inspections at your cost.
How long does a shipment take?
Production + QC takes 7–18 days depending on the SKU. Sea transit: 14–35 days port-to-port to most destinations. Air freight: 3–7 days. We send live tracking + ETA updates from sailing to arrival.
Can you private-label or pack in our brand?
Yes. We offer printed pouches, retail cartons and master cases under your brand for spices, rice, tea and snacks — and brand-labelled flat-pack cartons for furniture. Plate cost is one-time; MOQ for branded packaging is typically 1×20' container.
What if a batch fails inspection on arrival?
We back every shipment with a money-back QC guarantee — if your independent lab rejects the batch against agreed specs, we issue a full refund or free replacement on the next vessel. In 7 years and 1,200+ containers, our reject rate is <0.4%.
